Adapted a patch set from NEC and Fujitsu that introduces support for an alternative compressed dumpfile format created by the diskdump facility. When the diskdump facility is configured to use compression, the dumpfile will not be an ELF vmcore file, but rather a compressed dumpfile image, derived from the LKCD dumpfile format. (11/03/05)
