Why do you try to make fedora packages? Are there fedora people who
want to use crash gcore command?
RHEL9 will inherit these packages from Fedora, but the crash extensions packages
are
not in the Fedora. So, some people would suggest adding them to Fedora firstly.
BTW: we should be able to handle the above case, only add the crash extensions packages
to RHEL9, and not add them in the Fedora. In view of this, no need to change anything.

I use crash gcore command basically in RHEL and it's been
sufficient
to test it at each RHEL minor releaeses so far.
