Since linux kernel commit bbdbc11804ff ("arm64/crash_core: Export TCR_EL1.T1SZ in
vmcoreinfo") [available in linux-next now], the name of tcr_el1_t1sz
vmcoreinfo variable has been changed to TCR_EL1_T1SZ.
Make a similar change in crash-utility.
