[Crash-utility] [PATCH] Read ibm-extended-clock-frequency to determine processor speed

Hi Dave,

Crash doesn't display correct processor speed on a power 6 hardware.
Attached here is a patch to fix the problem.

Before the patch :

     MACHINE: ppc64  (unknown Mhz)

With the patch :

     MACHINE: ppc64  (4704 Mhz)
