So here is (hopefully) a final version of the proccgroup module. I've
fixed the null-terminated subsys array issue as well as an inverted
check for the ss member. Everything works as expected.

It's only "final" if you don't bother to keep it working/updated as
time goes by. Whenever you want to update it, just send me a new
copy of the file.
