[Crash-utility] [PATCH v2 4/4] crash: ARM : change NR_CPUS to 32

The ARM linux can config NR_CPUS upto 32. 4 is rather small for today's arm platform. This patch changes NR_CPUS to 32, to fit the config of ARM linux.
