Sorry, I forget to cc lianbo.
In the original v1 discussion, lianbo has concerns on the abiv1/v2
co-existence, also lianbo have suggested to use vmcore/kcore as a way
to get e_flags, or abiv1/v2 flag. Since vmcore might be Kdump
compressed dump v6 format, rather than elf format, I don't know how to
extract e_flags from vmcore, so this patch extract e_flags from
vmlinux.
