[Crash-utility] [RFC PATCH] defs.h: Update the range of legacy vsyscall to 4kB
Currently, There used to be 8 MB reserved for future vsyscalls, but
that's long gone in Kernel. and it updates to 4kB
So Update it to [ffffffffff600000 - ffffffffff600fff].
